Overview: Tax Products Group (TPG), Reward Points Program is a service of TPG’s “Premier Partner Program” managed by Online Rewards.Com. Online Rewards.Com is a company specializing in designing and implementing reward program platforms nationwide and internationally. This program is provided for all eligible tax professionals enrolled with TPG and are recognized as a participant in TPG’s Premier Partner Program. All participants of this rewards program agree that their access and program participation are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility: Eligibility to participate in the TPG Reward Points Program is limited to current and new tax professionals who are enrolled with TPG and are recognized as a “Premier Partner” participant based on qualified prior year bank product volume. All TPG enrolled tax professionals who have been approved for the Premier Partner Program and who are in good standing are eligible to earn points. Points earned in the program are forfeited if a participant loses eligibility. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Reward Points is available if eligibility is compromised. Tax Professionals enrolled with TPG using, the 3Fund, Quick Collect, RT Collect, Fee Collect PS RT programs, any other discount programs not part of the traditional Refund Transfer Program and national franchises are NOT eligible to participate in TPG’s “Premier Partner Program” and/or TPG’s “Reward Points Program”.
Changes and Disputes: TPG reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
TPG reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by TPG at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each “Premier Partners”, rewards account will be automatically created. Each participant will have to activate their account in order to redeem the points earned from their account. The reward account can be activated by logging on to TPG’s website and completing all enrollment requirements. The reward points tab will be displayed on your profile page. Click on the rewards tab to view participants’ terms and conditions and click “I Agree” to activate your account.
Earning Rewards: The earning and accumulation of reward points begins when an eligible participant’s enrollment record is activated by TPG. All points awarded will be posted on the website within 5-days after the successful and timely completion of eligible business activities. Premier Partners who have processed bank products for three or more consecutive tax seasons with TPG may earn reward points at a higher value. Points accumulated prior to the official start or during the tax season, may NOT be redeemed until at least one bank product is processed by participant through TPG during the applicable tax season. Eligible participants may also earn additional points throughout the year for other TPG program initiatives and bank product program promotions. These points will be distributed at the sole discretion of TPG management.

Statements of Reward Points Earned: The Reward Points website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Reward Point balances.
Termination of Program: TPG reserves the right to terminate the “Premier Partner and /or Rewards Points” program at any time without prior notice to participant. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited upon the date of termination of the program.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the “Premier Partner” Reward Points program online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points online catalog.
Promotional Events: From time to time, TPG, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the “Premier Partner Rewards Points” program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the reward points program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the reward points participant and not TPG or any of its affiliates or agents. TPG will report earnings under this program in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the Reward Points Program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice: The Rewards Points website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards.com on behalf of TPG. The information collected on this website will be used by TPG in connection with TPG’s Reward Points Program. (Click here to review TPG privacy policy statement)
